In our Training For Charity group classes, we donate 50% of our class takings to The Sharlz Taki Foundation – A local charity which assists people suffering from Cancer via natural and safe healing.
You can expect a fun circuit workout on a range of different fitnesses – including, strength, speed, agility, aerobic capacity and more…
So you’re doing fresh and interesting training using a range of different equipment, such as kettle bells, battling ropes and power bags just to name a few.
We also make sure you’re using the equipment properly, so you don’t cause yourself an injury and so you get the most out of your work out.
