I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness since before I can remember. Movement and exercise has been ingrained into my soul and I know the pleasure, happiness and balance it has brought to my life.

This is something I wish to share with as many people as possible. One of my favourite mottos is “If you can believe it you can achieve it” – Belief in yourself and creating the right mindset are the two most important steps to success, no matter what your goals are.

I enjoy working with my clients to achieve a more positive mindset and believe this is key to long lasting success.

As someone who’s had difficulty losing weight in the past, was tired all the time lacking motivation and energy, I know how difficult it can be to own up to your actions, take the right steps and finally work towards your goals. I lead my clients onto a realistic road on losing weight by optimising their current activity. I was always a huge soccer fanatic, and using my passion for sports encouraged me to keep in shape and the results I saw increased my confidence and inspired my passion for weight training.Setting realistic goals and following through with them regularly is what I know has helped clients lose weight and keep their weight off in a healthy way. Even doing “just a little a day” will make the results come.In the end you can always change how your body looks like but if you don’t feel good or aren’t happy with yourself it loses all meaning. My goal is to help my clients have fun, be happier and more confident. Watching my clients that were once in my shoes improve and become better, healthier and happier versions of themselves is what really drives me everyday.

Since a young age I have been into sport – oztag, golf, cricket, touch footy and rugby. After school I was given the opportunity to work in a gym near home on the gym floor and reception.. and I absolutely loved it. I was then encouraged to study personal training and thirteen years later I am still passionate about the fitness industry. Since beginning my career I have worked in a number of fitness centres and gyms – Hurstville Aquatic Centre, Goodlife, YMCA, iDefine and now at C-Life Health Club and Target Life Fitness.

I love personal training because I enjoy seeing people gain confidence, grow, and achieve results.
I adopt a variety of styles with my clients, and provide a genuine, open, and comfortable environment for people to train and accomplish their goals.
