Chris founded Target Life Fitness as a stand alone gym in 2014 after personal training & running group fitness sessions in other gyms & parks from 2012. He first started his personal training career in 2009 gaining a boatload of knowledge and experience in that time. Chris enjoys challenging his clients and members to push their boundaries physically to help create the strongest version of themselves. He also emphasizes the importance of mindset when tackling new challenges.

Mariam started her fitness journey when she was 18 years old, seeking for personal strength and confidence. Not only did she gain physical strength but mental health and well being in the gym
She is now passionate about sharing this empowering experience with other women.
Mariam has a nurturing approach with coaching women to build a healthy relationship with food and exercise, living a balanced lifestyle and create long-term sustainable results.

Lauren believes that everyone has the potential to improve their health and fitness, and her goal is to help them realise that potential.
